We ship all orders from Japan. We processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). During sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1-3 business days.

When your oder has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can check where your package is right now.

International Shipping

We ship to 14 countries!  All orders will ship via Japan post international(Tracked).

Shipping rates are calculated  at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Delivery: 5-21 business days.

Customs & Duties Charges ※IMPORTANT※

International orders may charged duties, taxes, or customs fee upon arrival in the destination country. These are not included in our prices on shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to predict or control these fees, and they are not included in the shipping cost. We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to unpaid customs charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or personal reasons.

Returns or exchanges for defective items will only be accepted if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
